SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT

  • » Manual Press - 6 arms with 4 stations
  • » Black T-Shirts - Port & Company: Essential T-Shirt. PC61
  • » Five films made from the artwork
  • » Five 160 White - 20x24 aluminum screens
  • » White, Green, Blue, Pink, Yellow Plastisol Ink
  • » Five 10" 70 durometer wood handled sgueegees

WHITE UNDERBASE

The white underbase is put on first as the foundation for the other colors. White underbase is use on dark garments to make the colors stand out, if not the colors look blend and transparent on the actual garment.



GREEN COLOR

The Green color line added over the white underbase.



BLUE COLOR

The Blue color added over the white underbase.



PINK COLOR

The Pink color added to the lines and the text underbase.



YELLOW COLOR

The Yellow color added to the text and lines underbase.



FINAL PRODUCT

The final product is a multicolor design printed on a black t-shirt.
